Good

Breakfast was excellent. The room was small and clean and had nice view of the beach. Fits two people comfortably. The location is on the beach, which was clean. Nice to walk early morning when it is cooler.

A family of four will need two rooms. I was charged twice for food and drinks at the poolside bar. The manager corrected the error by first charging the correct amount and then told me that he was reversing the original wrong charge and that I will see the credit for the wrong charge in two days. It has been more than three weeks and I have yet to see the credit. It is a small amount and I was checking out next day. So, no time to follow up and now paid for the expense three times. My guests and I had several large drinks of Absolut vodka but never got tipsy. Either the absolut vodka is a watered down drink or the quality is suspect. It was a waste of money and an embarrassment for me. I will never recommend anyone to entertain guests with drinks or drinks for yourself at this hotel.

Hotel for events not holiday guests to enjoy.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing. All staff except reception were friendly. Functional hotel but not 5 star.

Reception staff were not welcoming. Decor was plain and dated. 2 out of 3 nights noisy events took over the outside pool area. Definately not worth the expensive price and not 5 star hotel. 4 stars at the most.

The food poisoning got us forget about everything

I traveled with a group of 4 and we all got food poisoning when we back to our country. Terrible experience. 1 for hospitalized and the rest got totally ill.

Hotel upkeep wasn't up to the mark. Mini fridge in the room wasn't working, and was empty.

The best sunset in the world . Excellent live Music , food & bar service.There is a need to improve the clutter at the front desk.The staff st the front desk were superb , friendly & helpful .

Room 403 , please have a look at the torn carpet,the room looked drabby, We were dissipointed with the standard of a International brand . I don’t mind paying more , but when I walk into the hotel , it has to appeal to me .Time yo revisit your hotel with a fine comb. You have excellent location , take advantage of this superb location . It's a beach side property

The worst Novotel property ever I have visited,, the rooms are so old and bad even after renovation. It looks like some 300Rs wala cheap room.. it's 5x expensive for everything.. staff is the most unorganised,rude,low IQ, useless people,,and look like hired on daily wages.. they don't even have extra pillow s if asked,, I would throw the money into the sea next time rather than going to this property...

Like I mentioned it was my fiance's birthday so hotel had provided me a complimentary cake with few decoration in the room. Which was very amazing. I like the view from our room. Also liked that restaurants in the hotel itself.

The service was very poor for eg if we've requested something apart from food order. No one was helpful. It was my fiance's birthday and I wanted to ask then if they could arrange some romantic movie but receptionist want sure if they have facility or not first night they told me that they don't have any DVD available. 2nd day when I enquired about this then they told me they don't have such service. I mean like if you don't know it then pass to the one who knows it.

The Only thing best about this hotel is the restraunt. The sou chef (JP Evangelist) Was so kind and go out of his way to cook for our neds. The staff at the restaurant work really hard and always plesant. Also Dieago at the conceige desk was amazing helpful and credit to the company... he was a great help always have us the right advices and we missed him wen he went on Holiday. Ashok too in house keeping was great made our rooms fresh & clean every day. I think this hotel runs because of the staff make it work.

First of all the managment! There is no customer service at all this hotel No means no! If any adjustment were to be made its a phone call to the office everything is a No! Straight away. The cumication. And the laundry service is terrible . Left my laundry out to be collected as it stated before 9am will be delivered at 7 pm Got back to the hotel at 11pm Relised no laundry. Rang down to find about it . Was delivered in to parts then they wanted money straight away! So my husband rang down to reception told we pay in the morning as we didn't have enough cash. So they told him to cum down and pay credit card! At this stage we were changed in our nighties which was unbelievable, which we refused to! Then The reception wanted to talk to the staff on bedroom phone.He told me to give him the phone! I told them we have changed our cloths so you come to talk to your staff!! Or call them.! The hotel is really run down. After i read some of the review not a lot a people are happy with the Hotel. Only the mangement will apologies but nothing is done. Booked this hotel because of the beach and the name of Novetel which dosent live up to there name on this Hotel ! Also so overpriced!

Renovation was happening - and it wasn’t pre informed. Three times the room was changed as something or the other wasn’t working. Don’t expect this for a 5Star hotel. Every time they kept saying - renovation under progress.

The pool side was very good overlooking the beach.

The staff were not so good and some of their policies were very bad. For example you couldn't order and sign it on the room unless you made a deposit with them,you could only sit on the pool side deck bar if you spend rs 1200 policies like this was the reason I won't go back there again

Excellent food. Location of the hotel with the proximity to the beach is great.

Very bad toilet. The flush was not working and the bathroom fittings needs a replacement immediately.
