Breakfast was excellent. The room was small and clean and had nice view of the beach. Fits two people comfortably. The location is on the beach, which was clean. Nice to walk early morning when it is cooler.

A family of four will need two rooms. I was charged twice for food and drinks at the poolside bar. The manager corrected the error by first charging the correct amount and then told me that he was reversing the original wrong charge and that I will see the credit for the wrong charge in two days. It has been more than three weeks and I have yet to see the credit. It is a small amount and I was checking out next day. So, no time to follow up and now paid for the expense three times. My guests and I had several large drinks of Absolut vodka but never got tipsy. Either the absolut vodka is a watered down drink or the quality is suspect. It was a waste of money and an embarrassment for me. I will never recommend anyone to entertain guests with drinks or drinks for yourself at this hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing. All staff except reception were friendly. Functional hotel but not 5 star.

Reception staff were not welcoming. Decor was plain and dated. 2 out of 3 nights noisy events took over the outside pool area. Definately not worth the expensive price and not 5 star hotel. 4 stars at the most.

For the amount we paid, the rooms and service were not so satisfying. From our last visit, this time we found it quite down. It is too expensive

The food poisoning got us forget about everything

I traveled with a group of 4 and we all got food poisoning when we back to our country. Terrible experience. 1 for hospitalized and the rest got totally ill.

Nice location. Decent rooms. little old. needs refurbishment of doors n all but ok.

Bathrooms can be modernised. Same since few years.

Prime location, near the beach. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants, cafes.

Hotel upkeep wasn't up to the mark. Mini fridge in the room wasn't working, and was empty.

Quiet location.

Restaurant. Staff were generally miserable. Food came too slowly . Room cleaning was hit and miss . Especially water and toilet paper. Cupboards in room shut noisily.

Location. Nice stay, great view. Amazing Reception staff - I’m very sorry, forgot names.

Breakfast room - uneven service. One day very professional, another day - very slow, no attentive and not customer focused.

J'ai réservé au Novotel, uniquement à cause de son accès direct à la plage.

personnel sympathique mais incompetent ! toutes les nuits il y a eu des portes qui claquent, et musique à fond dans les chambres voisinent jusqu'à tard au Ptit matin ! ils ont bloqué un montant pour une garantie bancaire comme normalement dans chaque hotel, mais à chaque fois que j'ai consommé au restaurant, bar, je ne suis pas répertorié sur leur system, ou mon crédit est insuffisant alors que les nuités sont payés à l'avance au moment du check in . Check out, je suis resté 45 minutes à la reception à cause des comptes et que leur system n'a pas mis à jour !
